My landscapes are inspired by numerous road trips over the years, as well as the caldera valley of the Tweed region. Rolling green hills, distant mountains, and rivers winding their way through the valleys.
Painting still life and animal portraits provides a different way to view the world. Whilst seascapes and landscapes take in a broad view, my still life and life paintings capture a more intimate view of the subject, from animals to plants, and inanimate objects like vases.
